You and your company can do prepare for the impact of the many hazards we face in today’s world including natural hazards like fire, severe weather, tornadoes, earthquakes and widespread serious illness such as the COVID 19 or H1N1 flu virus pandemic; human-caused hazards include accidents, acts of violence by people and acts of terrorism. Examples of technology-related hazards are the failure or malfunction of systems, equipment or software, such as a power failure.
In the Tenant Handbook and this website, Building Management has attempted to cover "what to do" in most emergency situations that may arise in our location. However, life is unpredictable and there may be unforeseeable areas or disasters that are not discussed. Therefore, the information contained on this website and in your Tenant Handbook is provided only as a guide or as general information for this Building and should be considered supplementary to your company’s Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and Business Continuity Plan.
