An ATM machine is located on 1st floor in the vending area. This ATM will accept a wide variety of cards for withdrawal; no deposits are accepted at this location.
Please note that ATM Vendor, MetaBank, may charge a fee to cardholder for each cash withdrawal. This fee is added to the amount of your withdrawal and is in addition to fees that may be charged by the cardholder’s financial institution.

The ATRIA Corporate Center has partnered with Pilgrims Dry Cleaning to offer complimentary pick up/drop off services straight to/from a Tenant’s suite.
Delivery and Pick up is currently scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Benefits of this program include a 20% discount on dry cleaning and 10% on laundry.
Each Tenant that wishes to participate must designate an area for the items to be picked up and returned within their leased premises. This is most commonly a coat closet near the front entrance.
Employees that would like to sign up for an account would do so directly with Pilgrim’s Dry Cleaning after confirming that their company/suite participates. Payment for services is billed electronically to the account information they provide and they are provided with their own Pilgrim Express Bags, including their account name and number for identification purposes.

In the event of unforeseen situations such as vehicle problems, forgotten locks, and short notice deliveries of large items, the Building Management office has a limited number of items that may be checked out on a temporary basis to any employee of a Building Tenant. Fees may or may not be applicable.
No Building resources or equipment may be checked out without a signed waiver of knowledge and liability. To request an item and complete a form, contact the Security Desk or Building Management office.
Building Management’s goal is to provide professional services that reflect well-maintained exterior grounds, and curb appeal, as we know it is a reflection of your choice for business location. If you should observe any issues with the exterior grounds, please notify Building Management office.
The property grounds have a number of areas for tenants to enjoy nature or a little down time, including picnic tables, walking paths and benches. Please help maintain these resources for the enjoyment of all tenants by cleaning up after yourself or your group has finished using the area(s). Trash cans are located near the picnic tables and along the walking paths for convenient disposal. Recycling receptacles are located at each building entrance. See the Forms page under “Site Plan – Exterior Grounds” for a map of the walking path and picnic areas.
First Aid / AED / Wheelchair
The Building is equipped with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), First Aid Kit, a wheelchair and an evacuation chair in case of a medical or evacuation emergency. Tenants should immediately notify Building Management or Building Security if equipment is required for use or assistance during an emergency.
In regards to the use of the Building’s Evacuation chair, it is imperative that Building Management have advance notification so proper arrangements for use can be made in the event that there are multiple requests during an emergency. Tenant’s “Persons Requiring Assistance” Form should be kept updated at all times, with changes submitted promptly to the Building Management office.
Tenants are strongly recommended to prepare their premises and staff for emergencies, including a stocked First Aid kit and other applicable medical and emergency supplies. See Section “Emergency Procedures ”, including subsection “Medical & First Aid” for further details, instructions and recommended procedures.
Any items found in the common areas such as corridors, restrooms or on the property grounds by building staff, or reported by tenants are placed in “Lost & Found” for a period of 30 days. Please contact the Building Security to claim items that have been lost or found in the building.
Notary Public Services, located in the Building Management office, is available to Tenants free of charge; please contact the Building Management office to schedule an appointment.
Please note, that with all notary requests, proper photo identification is required and documents should NOT be signed until Notary is present and has verified identity. DO NOT sign documents in advance as Notary must witness document being signed.
Storage space, located in the lower level of the Building, is available for rent to tenants for business purposes. Please contact the Building Management office to inquire about availability, rates and leasing information.
In the event of inclement weather, the ATRIA Corporate Center provides complimentary umbrellas for temporary use. A limited number are available at the Building’s Security desk for check out, on a first come, first served basis. Please return to the Security Desk after use.
Three vending machines containing a variety of items are located on the 1st floor, in the West wing. All vending machines accept cash, coins and credit cards.
Two vending machines are serviced by Apple Automatic Food Services and offer a variety of beverages, candy, and snack items. To report operation problems, request a refund, or make selection requests, please contact their Customer Service at (763) 746-7766.
A third vending machine, serviced by Naturals2Go, offers a variety of healthier selections including beverages and snack items in one machine. To report operation problems, request a refund or make selection requests, please contact their Customer Service at Naturals 2 Go at email@example.com.

Complimentary wireless access is available to Tenant employees
in the following common areas:
Check with Building Security desk for the applicable network name and current password.
If the proper wireless hardware/adaptor is installed on your laptop, tablet, phone, etc. you may connect to the internet via the wireless connection, free of charge. Building Management and Security staff cannot assist with setting up or configuring Tenant’s equipment. If contacted for assistance, staff can only verify the current operational status of the WiFi network.
