Fully stocked coffee bar for tenant use
There are Three (3) common area Conference Rooms are available in the Building for Tenant’s business use.
The conference rooms are available for tenant use at no charge and are available based on a first come, first served basis. Because of the frequency these rooms are utilized, there are policies and procedures in place, including but not limited to advance notice, restrictions on frequency and time limitations.
Reserving a Conference Room -
Conference rooms may be booked up to 6 months in advance via email inquiry or phone call to Building Management office detailing information needed for the reservation, for example; type of meeting, number of people, resources requested, any special set up needed, etc. We ask that if you require any other seating arrangements to let management know ahead of time so staff can arrange the tables. Do not re-arrange tables on your own!
Conference Room Maple - This conference room is located in the North end of the lobby and can accommodate 32 people in a classroom setting or 75 people in a seminar (theater) style. The room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector, ceiling mounted presentation screen, wireless or LAN internet connection, and two large white boards, a podium with microphone. Additional items can be requested include: use of polycomm, easels, and webcam.
Conference Room Oak - This conference room is located in the North end of the lobby and can accommodate 16 people in classroom, board room, or seminar style. The room is equipped with a wireless or LAN internet connection, and SMART TV. Additional items can be requested include: use of polycomm, easels, and webcam.
Conference Rooms Maple and Oak combined - This conference room is located in the North end of the lobby and can accommodate 48-75 depending on the number of people in classroom (48), or (75) seminar style. The room is equipped with a ceiling mounted projector, ceiling mounted presentation screen, with a wireless or LAN internet connection, and two large white boards, a podium with microphone and one SMART board at the back of the room. Additional items can be requested include: use of polycomm, easels, and webcam.
Conference Room Spruce - This conference room is located near the East elevator wing and is a smaller, “casual” meeting space for approximately 8-12 persons. The room contains 6 rectangle tables pushed together to seat up to 12 people, and “casual” arm chair seating for an additional two (2) persons. NOTE: This room does NOT have a ceiling mounted projector or screen, or but does have wifi, as well as a wall-mounted SMART TV.
Additional Resources:
Each room differs in the setup available and the built in A/V equipment. However, additional resources are available for reservation and must be specified in each reservation request. Some additional resources, such as paper flipcharts, may require a fee. See “Service Request – Billing” in the Appendix for the current rates.
